Professorship with Special Responsibilities in Work- and Organisational Psychology

The Department of Psychology, Faculty of Social Sciences, University of Copenhagen, invites applications for a fixed-term Professorship with Special Responsibilities Work- and Organisational Psychology. The position is available from 1st of May 2013, or as soon as possible thereafter.

Qualifications
The following general qualifications are required to be qualified for the position:

  • A sustained and strong publication record at an international level that demonstrates an ability to develop an original and significant research program at the highest level of excellence
  • Whether the applicant has the potential to continue the development of the study of workplace behaviour

Further emphasis will be put on the applicant’s qualifications in relation to

  • The psychological exploration and analysis of negative workplace behavior
  • Integration of social science (sociology, psychology) and health science (social medicine) approaches to the study of workplace behavior
