The research group of Prof. Dr. Maike Debus at the Institute of Work and Organizational Psychology is offering a position as a postdoctoral scholar. The position is funded by the Swiss National Science Foundation as part of the project “Employee Overqualification from a Leadership Perspective: From Perception to Action”. Start date for the position is September 1 or October 1, 2025.
