Postdoc and junior researcher positions in OB/HR at Ghent University (Belgium)

The department of Personnel Management, Work and Organizational Psychology at Ghent University has vacancies for a 3-year postdoc position in OB/HR and for a fully paid PhD position, starting from October 1st, 2014.

The Department of Personnel Management, Work and Organizational Psychology at Ghent University is a research-based academic group that highly values groundbreaking, high-impact and practically relevant research and dissemination in premier academic journals. In recent years, members of the group have published in journals such as AMJ, JAP, PPsych, OBHDP, JOM, Science, Psych Science, Psych Methods, Psych Review, Annual Review of Psychology.

For the postdoc position we are looking for a promising, recently graduated scholar to work with our current group to further develop the department into a top ranked OB/HR department. Teaching load is minimal (70% guaranteed research time). The candidate is expected to further develop his/her own lines of research and to help in guiding PhD students.

The PhD position is a fully paid junior researcher position, with 50% research and 50% teaching time. Candidates are expected to work with one of the faculty members in writing a dissertation. Please, check research interests of the group members at http://www.pao.ugent.be.
