General Assembly 2020

Dear Members of EAWOP,

EAWOP is required to hold a General Assembly (GA) every year. This is a face to face meeting in congress years but, as before, in intermediate years the GA is organized remotely.

Only constituents and full members may participate in the remote GA, but we want to inform all our members about the activities and the financial situation of EAWOP. To this end, we have prepared three documents:

1 - Annual report about events organized and conducted in 2019
2 - Balance sheet and a state of income and expenditure (2019)
3 – President’s statement on EAWOP COVID-19 measures

Each document will be available on our website no later than June 15th (you first need to log-in to the EAWOP site to access the “members’ area”, where documents will be made available in the folder that bears the name “GA-2020”).

Comments and questions regarding the documents should be addressed to the General Secretary by email (secretary@eawop.org). 

Members and constituents will receive a formal invitation to attend via e-mail.
