Postdoc opportunity

09.08.2018

The Future of Work Institute is a major new initiative of Curtin University to engage with the rapidly changing world of work. Under the directorship of Professor Mark Griffin and the academic leadership of Professors Sharon K Parker and Marylene Gagne and Associate Professors Patrick Dunlop and Karina Jorritsma, the Institute will research and implement new approaches and policies with government and industry partners to create a purposeful and productive future that works for everyone.

From our base in Perth, Western Australia, we aim to generate new knowledge, develop skills and talent, lead discussion and debate and advise and help organisations to develop solutions. Shortly we will be recruiting two exceptional PhD graduates in organisational psychology/behaviour to join us in early 2019 for three years as post-doctoral research fellows. The positions will be pivotal in establishing research themes involving data analytics and technology. This is an outstanding opportunity for early career researchers with a track record of academic excellence and experience conducting applied organisational and field-based research.
