EJWOP-CCL Best Paper Award
The European Journal of Work and Organizational Psychology Best Paper Award is jointly sponsored by the Centre for Creative Leadership (CCL) and EAWOP recognizes high-quality scholarly work on leadership and organizational effectiveness. Annual EJWOP awards are announced every two years, coinciding with the European Association of Work and Organizational Psychology International Conference in held in May.
2014 Award Winner

Nadine Bienefeld is an academic lecturer and consultant at the University of Applied Sciences Zurich, Switzerland. She received her Ph.D. from ETH Zurich, Switzerland, Department of Management, Technology, and Economics. Her research interests include leadership, voice, and boundary-spanning in multi-team systems. With over 15 years of experience working as a human factors specialist in the field of aviation and health care, she also has a strong motivation to help transfer scientific findings into practice and consults various organizations worldwide on her topics of expertise. 2013 Award Winner

Remus Ilies is professor of management and organization at The National University of Singapore. His research focuses on topics such as employee stress and well-being, work-family processes, and leadership and motivation, with a particular interest in understanding the role of emotional processes in explaining outcomes relevant to these research topics. This research has been published in premier scholarly journals, and for his research, Dr. Ilies received numerous awards from organizations such as the Academy of Management and the Society for Industrial and Organizational Psychology.
